It is quiet due to a lack of residents. I looked into it and realized they were hit pretty hard by Ike. Many people have a fear of moving closer to the water now. I also think the fact that it is off the beaten path also makes for a low resident ratio.

All the office staff is great, nary a complaint. The grounds are well kept. One thing I have an issue with that only nature can prevent is the rate water covers the parking lot when it rains. It's not hig hlike a flood but having been flooded in my previous complex I get real nervous.

Yes, we were hit hard by Ike, but the roof damage here was considerably less than several other apartment complexes closeby. We were lucky...or the roof was in better condition than the others. I don't think you should worry too much about the parking lot flooding in normal rains. It runs off quickly. Of course, when we occasionally have "gully washers" like we did a couple of times this spring, it takes a little longer. I've been very pleased with the new ownership and new management and really enjoy living here.

it's not empty from the hurricane, it's empty from a recent foreclosure. the old owner was a slum lord and trashed the place, and the new management had to clean house.

The last staement I put into this system again was thrown out by some unknown entity, probably trying to retain the dignity of this unresponsible mangement and complex. This is not a proper place to rent or live as they seem to want to be guardianes of the universe and say who is and is'nt right to live here.I have no kind words for this complex or it mangement/owners who are still the same >the name has changed to protect the evil within the staff of horrors. They can only get worse if they go to Seatree just down the treet as I think they are under the same terroist organization of management from hell.
