New maintenance staff is just as terrible as the old one. Management is rude, unhelpful, and frankly, unpleasant. The grounds are poorly kept. Dumpsters are always full. Outdoor lights are constantly broken. Parking spaces are tiny and barely fit my compact car. The speed bumps in ... more
