the overall apartments are very nice really to be hud based,
the problem is the manager sue alexander she has a nasty attitude and is very unprofessional, she also targets certain tenants and harasses them it is always something with that women, you really have to fight to keep your apartment.

i agree with the other tenant. i currently live there and can not wait to move because of the staff

I lived there for two years about 4 years ago and she was the reason we left! We couldnt do anything right. If they came to inspect and there were a few toys on the floor cause my son was two, she would say that things cant be in the door way for safety reasons!! Come on, also I had a single pot on the stove and she threw a fit abot that too and it didnt have food in it, it was clean... Off with her head!! LOL
