I do recomend that you take pictures as I did. My dispose all was leaking and so was my ac. Maintenance fixed right away but they charged me for the water damage that their maintenance issues caused. I lived at Cedar Point for a year. My experience there was great!!! Alice and Perry were great. If I put in a service request Perry was right at my door. Alice is a great manager too. She is very nice and knows what she is doing in that office.

When i stayed there 2 years ago, it was great. I was pregnant and could walk to my car parked in back without being scared or anything happening. The only thing I didnt like was the mowers in the morning :). Looking forward to moving back in next month.

I liked it. I lived here from September 2006 to November of 2008 and enjoyed it very much. One thing that South Dallas County is known for is bad service everywhere you go. Alice and her team were a welcome departure from that. I never had any problems with Alice. She has a difficult job
