My neighbors are very nice and the cockroaches are very friendly and that is the only positive thing I have to say about this place. If you are thinking of moving in here...RUN!!!! For the four months that I have lived here, I have had many problems here. The management is rude and very unprofessional and never in the office for you to receive your mail. The grounds are not kept up, it is a disaster area here. I have had my bathroom sink stopped up and broken for the entire time I have been here. The cabinet doors have fallen off, the front of the drawers have fallen off as well. Half the time, the hot water is TOO HOT and the rest it is TOO COLD. Ive seen the maintenance man 3 times and he has yet to repair anything with my apartment. I repeat, RUN...and run very fast.
