I have lived in Lakewood a really long time. Practically all my life. I love the current staff working here. They're nice friendly and funny. I would recommend to upcoming apartment finders that the maintance is fair, but not all that great. They need to update some apartments. This apartment is really old. They have done nothing to update carpet, cabinets, or bathtubs, etc. Occasionally they will come and clean the carpet but nothing all that great. In the winter roaches are roaming about. If you do not like roaches I would suggest you live here threw the summer. LOL. But overall this place is really great and a nice home.
