Don't expect to get your deposit back no matter how immaculate you leave your apartment. They charge you regardless a cleaning fee, carpet steam fees, etc....whatever they can get a way with. The final bill will total the exact amount of your deposit....to the exact penny. Imagine that!

I constantly had trouble with the A/C unit until the last day of move out. Never could get it to work properly with their "so-called" timer.

They have so many empty apartments yet they are only one year old. Maybe they should consider a new manager to run the place.

You are so right, I paid a chunk of money to get out of thoses apts. and know alot of others that would do the same if they had the money. Thanks for letting others know so they are not taken like we were,
