I lived here last year (2008) and hated it!
The staff was beyond inept. They tell you anything to get you into the lease but once that's signed they have you. They show you the showroom apartment but don't expect that be be like the one you get. Bait and switch seems to have found a home with this staff.

The apartments are outdated. The kitchens cramped. The stairs are made of rusted out steel and concrete, some with the bolts that secure them to the walls falling out or loose. The wood on the balcony of the apartment above mine was rotted out and had birds nesting in the hole.

I will agree that there seems to be a lot of drug users and sellers here and yes I heard about the pedophile that was arrested. They changed the name from Park Place to Park View after that one guy on drugs murdered and mutilated his baby there.

Like someone once told me,"You rent from a hell hole, you're going to live in a hellhole."
