This is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in for numerous reasons. The management and maintenence staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal for easy access to Dallas (45 min) without the noise and traffic of being in Dallas. The complex is well lit and safe to apartments, parking, mailboxes, and laundry facilities. Security, absolutely awesome. I have a convertible I leave the top down on often and I have never had any problems. The swimming pool is large and very attractive with a waterfall flowing into it. This complex is ideal for children and adults with its quiet environment and friendly neighbors.
