I just moved from Raintree because I graduated from Austin College (the private college in Sherman). I lived there for 3 years. I LOVED LOVED LOVED this place! The managed is AWESOME! The community is quiet and the grounds are always clean. I felt safe and sound. Even the trash pick-up guy knew where I lived and made sure I didn't need anything or helped me when I was having car troubles. They are just THAT friendly! They are on top of any calls or problems you have and are eager to assist you with any need for the apartment. There are community pool parties in which all of Raintree is invited to attend for food and networking with neighbors. I loved this place. It was the perfect place for a quiet student or a family to live in peace and privacy. So long Raintree! I live in a hell hole now compared to you. :o(
