One word can describe management at Raintree Apts. SLUMLORDS. Our water went out numerous times. They were late opening up the pool EVERY DAY of the summer. This was very inconvienent when I had my neices over and we were planning on a pool day. Also, one time the maintence people were painting outside and did not put out any "Wet Paint" signs. My mother who was coming over to visit got paint all over her clothes. They replaced the jeans after my mom showed them a receipt, but how inconvient!!! The major reason why this place was horrible is what happened when we moved out. We had a dog who chewed 2 quarter size places in the carpet. We were FORCED to pay for new carpet in the entire apartment! So I did not get back my $300 in deposits PLUS I had to pay $400 out of my own pocket months after move out. I complained with the owners of the complex that live in California. They never took me seriously. They even commented on other spots that were on the carpet that I had written down on the pre move-in sheet. In other words, I was forced to pay for new carpet because of stains that I didn't make. They were un cooperative. We bought a house after moving out and I will never ever ever let anyone that I know rent from them. Raintree Apartments: Where the Slumlords Reign!

If you have animals that pee and chew up the carpet what do you expect. This lady was a compulsive complainer !! She thought everything revolved around her. DONT LEASE TO THIS LADY OR ANY OF HER FRIENDS IF THEY ARE LIKE HER.
