Raintree Apartments is a member in good standing of the Dallas Texas and National Apartment Associations. It has been our experience that very often negative comments posted on this website are by residents that have been evicted for nonpayment of rent or other lease violations, or who have never actually lived on the property, or by competitors.

Be cautious in assuming the truthfulness of postings by anonymous persons who refuse to disclose their identity. We recommend that visiting with current residents onsite is a more reliable method of obtaining third-party opinions about our apartment community and its management.

Oh my Gosh. This is so ignorant. If you have to actually come on the website and explain that, that really says a lot about the complex already. Defending the negative comments makes you look desperate, as well as extremely pathetic. This site is useful and not everyone is going to just love your apartment complex, so get off your high horse.
