Great Place to live with an awesome staff that has gone out of their way to please tenants. Angela has gone out of her way to make sure that all of our needs and WANTS have been met. The only issue we have... is the INTERNET. The internet here at the apartments is a BIG problem. The Free Verizon DSL internet provided by the apartments is SLOW and unreliable. There are no other options for internet here. They need to get it fixed or there will be a lot of unhappy tenants!!!

Angela was the worst thing this property had going for it. Moving in anyone just to get the lease, which is why we are now having lots of criminal activity on the property. Thank goodness upper management wised up and fired her. There is no FREE DSL, it's dial up and who in this day and age wants that! No local TV chanels is also a huge problem. Resident needs was not a consideration when building this property. Sure the pool is great, but not if you can't enjoy because it is being allowed to be used by to many non-residents.

I disagree with the Angela theory. In fact, Angela is the main reason I chose The Bridges as many others did. A prospective tenant can fool anyone into thinking they are an upstanding person and once they get into the apartment, they can change and cause trouble for everybody. One thing that I have learned is that you cannot predict or control other peoples behavior. She worked long, hard hours to get the place up and running and I'm not pleased with the way she was dismissed. As far as the "freebies" that was advertised, she also had no control over that issue. The management company(the third one so far) came in and determined that they could make more money off of tenants by taking away some of the offers. There will need to be some improvements made before I recommend this place or renew my lease. Security will need to be the first on the list!!!

Whoever put the first response up does not have very good knowledge about The Bridges On Travis. The enet is NOT dial up, it is DSL and was FREE until the new dumb ass property management company came in and decided it should not be free for any further residents signing leases. I signed my lease while the property was still in construction so I still have free DSL and once they worked out the quirks it is GREAT. As far as the break ins go has nobody realized the whole back half of the property has not been completely gated and there is actually a road that construction people use that anybody can use? That being said I dont think it is other residents breaking in to others property. A security guard would granted be a plus to control this problem but like I stated I dont believe it is any residence. I am at the pool a lot and outside doing stuff frequently and almost every resident I've met has been really nice and friendly. Ive lived in a few up scale apts in frisco, dallas, etc and the people in the community are nothing like the people here. Everybody here talks and is friendly. I believe the property management company made a BIG mistake getting rid of Angela. She worked extremely hard and got things done for the residents as promised until the management company came along and started making their own rules and changing things promised. Angela worked hard to make the property a community that was nice and pleasant with friendly people. It is pretty damn hard to talk to somebody 30 min and decide good or bad. So if there is two bad people in the whole apt complex I'd have to say she did a pretty damn good job. Anyways the point is Angela was awesome the management company sucks....

I Agree with sassy and 89, i am also one of the people that chose the bridges, is because of Angela. I first came when they just had a trailor out front and was sold on everything she offered before the place was even finished being built. Yes there has been a few ups and downs, but that part of having a new place. Everytime i had a problem Angela was making sure it was being taken care of. She always followed up to make sure it was down. Angela was a big loss to this place and i think its ---- that she is not there, doing what she does best! Just like 89 said there is no gate in the back part of property, so who knows who comes through here. Ive been hearing alot of things about this so called managment company that had know come in and pretty much has ----ed things up. I was there on opening day and all the REAL OWNERS where there to greet you, i meet them and was really pleased by how they welcomed you. That said alot to me and my family. Oh by the way there is no dial up, it is dsl!
