Just to counter this ignorant vitriole - I have lived here for nearly a year. When I moved in, they provided me with a discounted rent because the apartment I wanted had been taken. New Management In March of 2011 they had new management come in and they are doing a very good job at trying to get everything turned back around. The last management company we had drove this place into the ground. The yards are taken care several times a month now which is great. And maintenance

I believe owner is a a racist. I had the opportunity too speak with a tenant and there are no African Americans living here. The owner Lisa was not pleasant too deal with. She acted like she could care if i was too pay cash up to a year in advance. These apts have been around for atleast 35
