we just moved in barely a month ago, and i want to get out of the place! the office staff are not friendly. Too much exaggeration on rules and regulations!!!

Let me start by saying that I really hate to hear that as a new resident to our community you are unhappy so far! Please understand that any community rules that are in place are there for a reason, and must consistently be enforced to maintain and respect the rights of other residents. Unfortunately when someone is found to not be following the community rules ...there is no nice way to say NO because that is not what they want to hear. If there is ever a question or concern in regards to any specific community rules we welcome any feedback or suggestions. Please keep in mind that if we as a mangement company did not enforce the rules as most other communities do not....we would here from you as well. Thank You- Property Manager

Too much exaggeration on rules? I wish I had that at the last place where I lived. The rules and regulations were never followed and never enforced. To me this wouldn't be a complaint but a blessing. At least everyones rights are being respected. This sounds like a place worth checking out in the future to me.
