Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005
 
New property. Old problems.

Noisy. The first month, multiple couples screaming in the stairwell at 1:30 in the morning. No consideration for others. Dog excrement on the lawns. No one picks up after their animals.

Warnings attached to the doors every week. "Don't do this. Don't do that."

For the money, you don't want to live here.
