I was one of the first tenants to move into the complex. At first it was lovely. The staff was really nice and it was very quiet. Then I got the neighbor from he** that basically must be running a marathon in the apartment above me for the past 6 months at 2 and 3 every morning. You would think that management would care but their response was 'they are just living daily like you are' basically saying that they cannot do anything about it. I remember when I signed my lease that there was a noise policy. I guess that part of the contract doesn't apply. I agree on the parking. I pay for a garage so luckily I always have somewhere to park. However on the days that I am too tired and don't to park all the way in the back of the building where my garage is located, I have nowhere to park. Sometimes I have to let my boyfriend park his car in mjy garage just so that his car doesn't get towed while he visits me. The actual apartment is really nice..I haven't had any bug problems. However, due to the noise issues and the excuses by the staff on everything, I am moving soon and will no longer have to deal with this. I can finally get a decent night's sleep.
