I've lived here 10 months. It was great in the beginning but has steadily gone downhill. The parking is terrible. People park illegally and block you in. When you call the office they just tell you they know about the problem and are having cars towed. The problem doesn't improve and I've never seen a tow truck in the place once. My neighbor is a CONSTANT noise problem. When I call the office, they say they will give them a noise violation but what good is that' Who wants to hear bass blasting through their bedroom wall at 3am' The only thing that helped was calling the police. One should not have to call the police for noise control. This is definitely something management should take care of. This same neighbor always lets her dogs run loose and is then calling them (loudly) at 2am. Or she's outside at 2am fighting with her boyfriend. Or cleaning out her storage closet at 2am. Yeah, she's tweaking! People don't pick up after their pets. There are also a lot of "undesirable" tenants in this place. We have a security guard at night -- if you can find him. Window dressing if you ask me. The trash bins are always overflowing in the parking lot. Rent is very high, almost $1k/mo for 2bdrm. I can't justify paying that kind of rent anymore. The apt itself is VERY nice, but the neighbors, area, lack of parking, lack of management addressing problems, etc., make it undesirable. I have found a comparable apartment for $300 less a month in a complex where a friend lives. Comes highly recommended. Also, if you have to rely on public transportation, this place is not within walking distance of a bus line or park and ride. Overall, I was very hopeful when I moved in; very disappointed on moving out. For the same amount of rent, I think you could do much better somewhere else.
