When my fiance and I first saw the place, we were delighted by the beautiful floorplans, and friendliness of our leasing agent. We thought it would be a wonderful place to call home, so we moved in immediately. We quickly learned otherwise. The manager, whom we didn't meet until after we moved in, is rudest lady I've ever met. When she is actually at the office, she just sits back in her office and pays no attention to anyone that comes in unless she absolutely has to. She rarely says hello, and never smiles at you. If we needed any maintnence repairs, she would tell us, "well, they aren't here at the moment," and they would never come - aren't they supposed to always be there during office hours'!

When we would make our water payments, we would get a note on our door saying it hadn't been paid, or a different note saying that we still owed money on our rent - we always pay the full amount on time.

Next is the noise... If you report it, they don't do anything about it.... Finally, one of the girls on staff there - who was the only nice one left that actually did her job - suddenly dissapears one day. We sent her a message asking what happened, and she said that she had been set up by none other than the manager and then got fired. I don't know about you, but that certainly isn't a place where I would want to live.

So, to make a long story short, it really is a beautiful place that just got ruined by the nastiness of an uncaring manager. We can't wait to get out of there.
