My wife and I and child moved here in march of 07. The management does not tell you about the terrible parking. My apartment is in the back,and when I come home from work I have to park all the way in the front of the complex. There is never any parking at night,absolutely none. For the amount of rent you are paying you will not be happy. One night my wife came home with the baby and there was no parking space, she parked on the curb. When she came out the next morning to go to work her car was towed and we ended up paying $200 to get our car out of the impound. We complained but management was not concerned at all. When you pay rent, management does not give you a payment receipt. This is very unprofessional. How can you ever prove your rent was paid. When it came time for my lease to be renewed my rent will increase from $885 to $955 or if I choose to do month to month it will increase to $1305 a month. Thats a $420 increase for a 2/2 apartment and I always paid my rent a week before it was due. Please move somewhere else. It is not worth the money you are asked to pay. If you have kids this is also not the place for you. There is no play ground at all and no were for children to play. Residence speed threw the parking lot so watch your kids. This is not the place you want to stay. This recommendation you can count on. If you choose to move here you will be sorry. Oh, and the maintenance is terrible. They half fix things. My oven clock went out months ago and it still hasn't beed fixed. I,ll give it a D- rating. The complex looks nice.
