Trash, trash and more trash. There are 4 dumpsters in the complex but most residents use the one near the front; therefore it's full and overflowing within a day of pickup. Residents are too lazy to take their trash to another dumpster no matter how full this one is. They are also so lazy they drop their trash bags next to the dumpster even when it's empty. Sometimes they throw their bags from about ten feet away and almost always miss or send their 5 year old kids with the trash and they just drop the bag anywhere close. People are pigs.

I'm sorry to say that if you're not the right color, the residents and office people are very unfriendly. One girl in the office actually asked us if we were moving out and was terrilby disappointed when I said no. I should have said....not yet, because when our lease is over we're out of here.
