We stayed there for 6 months and left as we wanted to be closer to our workplace. The front office was pleasant and friendly always. Maintenance was prompt. DVD library is a plus. The walkway/park is cosy. We heard incidents of car vandalism from the front office, but we never had any problems. Since its prewired by TVMAX, you need to take cable TV (even if you have a satellite dish) and want only internet. Over all, I think it was a comfortable living experience.
