if you like crime this is the place for you! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/15/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Where to even begin with this property. First off we got scamed into this look and lease apartment 3 months before we even needed to move. Our apartment wasent ready in time. But that was the begining. After Katrina it went down hill. Loud music. People getting high in the parking lot. The basketball area is full of hoodlems! Like 15 at a time, and not a single one live on the property. The office had to start locking the door to the court. There are these nats or fruit flys that dont go away. Its nuts. The apartment above me and across from them got broken into. It took them 2 days to write a notice to people. Then we were on the news for 15 car brake ins! No notice, and one of them was parked right next to me. Trash everywhere. The management SUCKS! They are always screwing up. Never informing you of change. Once my one year old locked my husband out and they said we had to give them $80 in cash to open the door. 2 1/2 hours later when I got home they still hadent come. We called to cancel them from coming out, but they came 30 mins later anyway, and they still tried to charge us. To find out that it should have been charged to the rent. I had a huge blow out with the management for leaving my 1 year old locked in an apartment for almost 3 hours and trying to scam money out of us. Then we signed a 13 month lease and they are saying it is a 12, raising the rent 65 dollars if we want to stay, or double for a month to month. And yes , there is a mexican lady that works in the office. We all thought her attitude would change after she had her baby, but no, she is still a witch. And as for the others in the office, nice, but so dim witted and one trackminded. and usually what is on their minds is themselves. All in all, if you like a candy coated outside, with trash infested middle, this is for you....And by the way, this closing at 6p should really say closing at 545p
