The staff is a joke! Once you move in they dont give you the time of the day. They are rude and darn close to racist. (They have their favorites) Parking is unreal, they tell you there is plenty, but its not true. Crime goes unaccounted for and ignored. They put letters out to remind residents of the rules but never follow through with inspections or fees. Anyone can get through the gates, that is when they are or are not working! .... unless you order a pizza of course. We have had little black bugs for months, they keep spraying but the bugs are not moving on or dying. The walls are paper thin and you can hear every thing going on around you. For a grand a month you would think you would get some service or at least a smile from time to time, but it is always some excuse or someone elses fault for the problems you are having. Lease is up in in a few months and we are gone.... have to considering they jack your rent at the end of every lease term at least 15-25%.
