A good place to live From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/30/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I was very surprised to read the negative reviews of this apartment complex. I have lived here for seven months, and I have not had a problem with the management or upkeep of the place. Every maintenance request I have submitted was addressed within a day. They will even change the light bulbs and AC filters for free. The apartments were recently painted and several potholes in the parking lot were repaired. The management have always been very friendly to me. Another thing I like about the complex is they have valet trash service where you put your trash outside your door at night and someone comes and takes it out for you. The only problem I have had is whenever I have a package shipped and the office receives it, I sometimes do not receive notice that it has arrived. But, this may be the fault of the shipping company and not the apartment.
