My last month after SEVEN years From: xmcomputers@gmail.com Date posted: 6/4/2007 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2007   I have been living here for seven years. Could not move out of here because of some personal reasons. Now I can so I am moving out never to look back at it again. This was good place when I first moved in. Staffs were also real nice people. But that only lasted a year. New people came in and they changed every other year. Someone called them darn close to racist in a review, I am willing to testify that in a court of law if I someone ask me to. It just spews out of them some times. Not honest! you bet. Either they are incompetent or they do it on purpose. But I would say if the first is true than it should also come in your favor some times. I have live here long enough to tell you that they are out right liars. Here is the crime report. My cars were broken into 5 times. My kids have their bikes stolen twice. My next door neighbor had a burglary. One or two incidents of a mugging I remember. They changed my carpet only once and repainted my place once in seven years. Be prepared to have your rent jacked up 15% to 20% every year. I could have paid off the house if I had bought it seven years ago. Now talk about some good things. There is couple of good things. Good floor plans and proximity to major freeway. If this supersedes everything else I said. Come live here. Otherwise My honest and brotherly advice to you all is that please stay away from here!
