Overpriced--WAYY overpriced From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/25/2007 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005 1 response   I loved the property at first. Later, I saw what kind of people live there. There are tons of illegal immigrants living there crammed into apartments. The gym is never ke[t up, the machines are always broken. They go up on rent A LOT every year though the place is not maintained well. They used to have parties but nobody shows up. All of these black kids are always hanging around playing basketball and you can never get to the court or an any machines that are not working plus they're always at the pool and rude. Their parents obviously never taught them any respect. This is the kind of people they let live there. When I moved out they fabricated a list of charges for me even though I was a good resident for 3 years. all the care about is money. Stay away from this apartment complex. If you are looking for something upscale, go more into sugarland where respctful people live. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
