I am a current tennant and I am counting the days down until I move out. This is the worst place that I have ever lived in. The managmenet is a joke. They tell you all will be fixed when you move in, then they don't do anything. I have had to call and ask for repairs and replacement of old crap in my apartment many times. The place is infested with roaches, and I can hear rats in the walls sometimes, seriously! I keep my food locked up or in the fridge. There is a filthy person living below me with his floor covered with food and trash. There was a dead rat (6 or 7in.) in front of his door the other day. I almost threw up! The place is a dump, and this is not a joke. I had to bug them to replace the carpet when I moved in because it smelled like dog and cat urine, and was covered in hair. I would have never signed the lease if I had known. These are only a few of my problems here. I had to clean up the previous tennant's filth, food on the walls, hair on the floor, and roach and rat droppings. I can't wait to move. They better not cheat me out of my deposit either or try to charge me for anything, or I'll sue their stupid faces. beware of the fountain park, it is a cheap place to live, but it will cost you a headache and a roach crawling out of your Pop Tart box!
