Fountain Park Apartments

Current Tenent From: shuriken_ninja@yahoo.com Date posted: 11/1/2001 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2001   I don't plan on living here much longer and don't recommend it. Problems I am currently or have had: Getting something fixed is a joke. It takes 1-2 weeks minimum OR you have to stay home from work to make them fix something. Kids run around the apartments 24/7. Office will not accept packages. Security drive-in gate is broken 90% of the time. Tenant access gate does not lock. Parking is bad. Never enough parking spaces. Guest parking is a muddy field that cars get stuck in when it rains. Office employees DONOT physically work on a problem until it is brought up multiple times. Office employees put LARGE HARD TO REMOVE STICKERS ON YOUR VEHICLE IF YOU HAVE NO PERMIT. Yet most guest vehicles in tenant parking with out them seem to go un-noticed. That is just afew of the problems I have had.
