Please... listen to the people who already lived here. why to risk when there are lot more options around.

They never listen the people and they don't fix things. You know the Bonus for joining here '' ROACHES, RATS, and some bothtub water of the apartment above you. and some times the ceiling of apartment above you. I had four friends living here and for two of them ceiling drooped. All of them including me moved to a different apartment. BEWARE of FOUNTAIN PARK APRTMENTS!!!!!!!!!!
