We lived here for a couple of years. The management wasn't bad, the rent was reasonable, and maintenance was pretty good, too. We did have roaches, but I guess that came with the territory. The thing I hated was that there was really no place for my kids to play. The playground was tiny. However, when we were there, management did things like have an Easter Egg hunt, and other activities for the kids. Things may have changed, and that's sad. My one big complaint was that there were a lot of "hoodlum" type kids there, who ran loose and caused a lot of trouble. I also found that my son was throwing eggs into the pool, so I can't blame all the other parents. Sometimes the pool was really dirty, too, but since it's outside, that was expected.
