Are you kidding me'' Any good things written about this place is written by the MANAGEMENT! No one and I mean NO ONE who has lived here would write anything remotely positive about this place. It's a dump, it should be torn down. The management is a joke. They are so rude, I could write a book on excuses and crap they give for not fixing things. We had dead rats in the walls, the a/c units are ancient and leak, there are roaches everywhere, I could go on and on. The front gate is never working, parking is a nightmare, your car will get broken into, kids run loudly up and down the stairs and hallways, the "laundry facility" is never working, people will vandalize your car......nothing good about this place. I can not stress enough how TERRIBLE the management is. Me and my husband were good tenents. We paid rent a week early, we kept our apt. very clean, yet when we got mold and discovered rats were in the walls because the down stairs neighbor was a hobo (literally) and lived in filth, they did nothing about it. We had dead rats, not mice, large rats dead in our attic, around the a/c unit in the walls and the smell was unlivable. The management did nothing! PLEASE, don't do this to yourself. Every second I lived here I was in hell. It was literally a prison sentence. Save yourself!!
