After living here multiple years we are amazed at the blatant disregard for tenet comfort and safety. 30 year old apartments that are failing apart coupled with understaffed, under-qualifed maitenence makes for long waits and shoddy workmanship. We tried to complain but even the property management company United Property Management failed to handle it properly. Economically rated rent status should not mean sub-standard workmanship and below average customer service. The property management company should take a class in hiring practices and customer satisfaction. Move here only if your level of patience is very high. Roaches, water leaks, patchwork, pools open rarely, retaliation from management when complaints are given and many more issues
