I agree with everyone. the only people who can live here are ghetto --------, non educated people. it is totally not what i expected when i moved here. it is way too noisy. everyone is rude. you get the runaround. i cant wait to leave. the peopl ewho write these reviews are correct. the only people who like the place is the people who work here because they basically get a free ride and whatever they want. It floods here still and roaches everywhere bc this places is so old and no matter how much cleaning you do or spray etc they are everywhere. i bet if you break down this place you can fill up all of stafford with the amount of roaches etc in this dump. any thing you need fix will take forever to get done. you can tell the maintence crew is uneducated. I can fix things better. it is so noisy here. the only people who can stand living here are people who are loud and dont care about others. they know they can get by with a lot of things and its sad. they are right next to nice looking places and you would think they would try not to look so ghetto. the play ground is crap. no one plays over there and they dont enforce the rules they send out newsletters everymonth and the only thing they really care about is you not bugging them at their homes yet we all get bugged by everyone else.
