I have lived here for two years. They are not the nicest but they serve the purpose of low rent, place to sleep. They really are not that bad. I am choosing to move because of the roach problem. I am not the cleanest person though. I will say, anytime I have said something about them they send the pest control out the next day. Could be my cleanliness, may just be my neighbors, who knows.
The people here for the most part are pretty quiet. No real issues. If you get a loud ghetto person a few calls to the Stafford police and management and they will soon enough be evicted.
The tow man will pull ANY car that does not have a sticker. Parking is slim, pay for a covered spot. He will tow your ---- in a heartbeat. $260

All in all it is cheap rent. Maintenance issues have been well addressed. I think his name is Juan and he's pretty cool. Seems to just be a good guy. Had my Jeep broken into but that happens anywhere in Houston. Cable is limited to one Provider (TV MAX) and internet (High Speed) is limited to Windstream.
As for loud neighbor noise not too much. They keep that in check here. The walls are kinda thin but not too bad. I can hear my neighbor talk sometimes. Nothing too bad.
If you want a short term money saver this is the ONLY place I would do that in Houston. NO BS. I give it a 8.0.
Don't pay attention to the other reviews. GO FOR IT!!!
