Three things:
1) Parking: Plenty of it but the spots are too narrow. You will most definitely end up with several dents on your car.
2) Roaches: I got up to get a drink of water in the middle of the night and OH MY GOSH! The kitchen floor was covered in roaches of all sizes. I informed the leasing staff several times but they did nothing. I ended up bug bombing the whole apartment and had peace for about a month. ALL the roaches returned after. Staff told me I should not have bombed because they would pay for an exterminator.So they sent an exterminator over but then I got charged...what????! The roaches are still there by the way. Ridiculous!
3) Maintenance: If you put in a maintenance request they will smile and tell you that they will send someone right over but it never happens. Unless you're on their a$$es regularly they wont fix anything.
They just hired a new set of management people and these guys seem like they're more awake than the last bunch. Only time will tell. My lease is up next month and for the sake of my car and getting away from the extra set of creatures living in the kitchen who don't pay rent I will be getting out of dodge. You only truly know how good an apartment is when you have a problem that requires the staff to, I don't know, do their job? These guys get a big thumbs down.
