Definitely NOT recommended! New management took over (Venterra) and they are horrible. Office hours have changed and seems they are hardly ever open, maintenance takes longer than with previous management, not to mention major construction on Dulles. They are very unreasonable - I got transferred for work, and my lease is up, however because I gave slightly less than 60 days notice (I told them the SAME DAY I found out from work) I am getting charged an enormous fee charged at a month to month rate for extra days past my lease that I will not even be living here. And if I don't pay it goes on my credit report. Venterra management is terrible!

Good Evening Mrs. Duke, I hate to hear that you are so unhappy. I wish you would have come to us with some of your concerns earlier. First of all I would like to congratulate you on your new position and we wish you the best of luck in your new city. I would then like to address the issues that you are having with submitting your notice. As stated in the contract you signed with the prior company you are required to give a 60 day written notice. Unfortunately job transfers are not one of the reason why we would allow you to give anything less than a 60 day notice. The charges are based off the TAA contract that you have signed with the prior company. Venterra has a 48 hr maintenance guarantee, that insures all request are completed with in this time frame if not residents are compensated for that day. All maintenance work orders submitted for your apartment home show they were completed with in 48 hours. As far as the construction on Dulles goes it is inconvenient but the city is making incredible improvements to the roads that will benefit our community in the long run. Venterra considers customer service our top priority, if there is anything we can do to assist you for the remaining months that you are a resident with us please notify any of our team members.
