Friendly management, great location, they actually fix things when you ask them to.
Only complaint is the phone/cable service. Were stuck with OpTel, quite possibly the worst utility company in the world. 47 Cable Channels, phone service we can't even get Caller ID. No high speed internet. If you move in, get a Satellite and go with Alltel for your phone. You'll save yourself a lot of grief, and you can get DSL with Alltel.
