There would be shocking experiences if you decide to live in this appartment complex....
No choice of Cable Providers...they will bind you to sign the aggrement with a sick local company....or buy dish and pay extra...if you are luck enough to get an appartment with south facing...
We signed six months lease aggrement with them and they increase the rent immediately to sky high after six months...so we decide to leave it immediately..
Tamico is the name of the person whom you deal with....very rude person to talk with...
Also, these appartments has no pest control service, the postal mails of all the residents are lost from their post box last year....
Never, ever live in this appartment complex.

This appartments are the worst appartments, no pest control, no parking lots if you go fora evening party, you have to ask your frinds not to bring their car...,they open the office on early morning of evry month though it is on weekend or longweekend ...you know why?? to collect the fine of $ 40.00, they are here to squeeze the money
