While they keep the property maintained, the tenants seem to think that the entire property is their ashtray and empty beer bottles belong on the ground and that it is ok to set your trash outside your door for a couple of days.
The attitude of the people in the office is that the tenants are a bother.
They seem to be refusing to deal with parking problems and let these issues go on without an attempt to solve them.
