Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2001
They gave my apartment to someone else after I placed my deposit on an apartment. They upgraded me to a larger apartment at the cost of the smaller apartment. Once it was time for renewal, they increased the rent over $200 a month. Office staff at the time of me moving in promised me that they would not increase my rent to a substantial amount at the end of my lease. However, because "notes were not left in my file," they were not going to honor that statement. It was completely unfair and unjust since it was their mistake to begin with. Office staff did not care about anything.
Parking sucked too.
