We have lived at this community for 2.5 years. It is very clean and the staff is always helpful. Of course cars are broken into once in awhile, but so are they in homes and at the mall! They always inform us of any happenings in or around our neighborhood. We enjoy the monthly events and cards that we receive from their office staff. Maintenance is a cut way above the other complexes that we have rented in the same price range. They call us when the job is done to make sure we are satisfied. They even stay late if we call so we can pickup our packages and even help carry them to the car. Maybe your bad experience was with a different person or even on a bad day but we are very pleased. I would send anyone to them for an apartment. They do have a Policeman that lives there and patrols the place. Maybe the bugs came with you from your prior residence. We have never been bothered with that. Ask for spray service. It is free. Try talking to the ladies or Deborah the manager, we always do. She listens and allows us to talk. Sometimes we send them email messages. Good luck!
