I would not recommend this apartment.

My roommate's Ford F250 was stolen (though Stafford police did recover it); our apartment was broken in to and robbed November 14, 2008. The thieves took our laptops, all our DVD's, jewelry boxes and Tempur-pedic pillows. (We broke our lease and moved out)

Property is not well lit. Staff is ditzy and don't care. Half-dozen stray cats live near the dumpster, management does noting to remove them.

If you are an honest, hard working person don't move here! Leave it for the ghetto thugs that are already there.

The apartments are nice, the grounds are pretty, and you are super close to 59. However, the Maintenance and the Office staff suck! When something brakes you have call them constantly and then threaten to call the property owner to get them to do anything. Also, the parking is really bad. If you get home after 10:00pm, you may have no where to park. One night I drive around in circles trying to find a spot until finally some unlucky person left out and I took his spot.

I agree. We lived in this property when it was called "Jefferson Village" and the office staff 'sucked' then. It was major reason why we moved out--their lack of concern about their tenants.
