Terrific! I lived in the Texan Terrace while attending Tarleton. It was a very quiet, at-home place. The maintenance was attended to on a timely basis. I would definitely recommend Texan living to any newcomers.

Fabulous Living I've been in Texan Terrace for 6 months and I recommend it to anyone needing a cheap place near campus. They were always flexible with my needs, and when given notice they always worked with me. The area was always kept clean and the parking was very convenient.

It's all good! I've lived in the apartments since they opened in August. A lot of the problems were due to contractors not being finished on schedule. There were some problems in my apartment but they have all been fixed. The apartments are pretty nice with top end appliances

The Best in Stephenville This is one of the best in town. I have lived here for a year. The girls in the office are very polite, they will bend over backwards to make you happy. They also have awesome racquetball courts and great pool parties. Move here asap!
