Great Place, Awesome People, Fair Price - I moved into an apartment at Texan Terrace in late June of 2010. Price and proximity to campus were the biggest factors in my decision. At the time the rate was $465 for most upstairs units but they gave me a break because the view from the balcony of that particular unit was not very good. So I paid $450 per month. I was pleased with this deal. Russell, the landlord, is a ...Full review of Homestead Properties

Love the peacefulness of the game room and the gym facility. Management is nice, sincere and accomodating. Maintenance as well is prompt and always fixes things right away. Good people. Manager at times has alot on her plate to deal with but thats ...Full review of Oak Tree Apartments

Go elsewhere - The only advantage is the proximity to campus. It is a poorly built building; you can hear your neighbors clearly and if you get an apartment facing the street you can hear every single diesel that drives by. They'll also screw you out of your deposit, so don't expect to see that money again. I scrubbed the apartment and they *still* charged me a $50 cleaning fee. There is an ant ...Full review of Bosque Crossing Apartments

Rent here; Get Screwed - I rented here a long while back, years in fact. Awesome I lived at University Village for a year and a half, and LOVED it. The apartments are beautiful, and I never had a problem getting things fixed.
I don't have a car either, so it was nice being so close to campus. I could literally walk to all of my classes.

Not Bad at All. I moved here in June and can honestly not say a bad thing about this place. I have had a couple different instances when I have had to have things fixed and their maintenance guys are there the next day to take care of it.
I was a little nervous about moving into "college"

Everything is getting better As of January 2010 there has been a new manager and maintenance man. The property is looking better. The asphalt driveway has been redone, there is a new playground, and they are working on the access gate.

resident Oak Tree is a great place to live!! There are some things that I would like different, but overall for being in a college town it very peaceful and laid back place to live. The only problem I have with the apartments is the lack of cabinet space.

Don't Even Think About Moving In Here Just want to let everyone know that 1) in the 2 years I've lived here the manager has changed 3 times, 2) they've stopped caring for the grounds and there's trash everywhere, 3) my truck was broken into right in the parking lot in front
