Maintenace - I've lived at the Reserve at Woodbridge for three years. My experience here has been the best of the many apartments I've lived in. I have never had such a beautiful kitchen or pool at a property. The pool is beautiful every day, the maintenance staff members are always friendly and respectful. Good for location only - This complex is in a good location due to it's proximity to Hwy 6 and 59. However, this proximity also means that you will be subjected to a lot of road noise at night. For the amount of rent charged for a 3 bedroom, you can rent a detached house in First Colony Maintenance - Very poor maintenance practices.
