I toured this property in 2005 on the recommendation of a friend in the business. He told me the property management company was outstanding. My first impression when I walked in the office was one of pretentiousness. The ladies working in the office were very snobbish. The place looks amazing, but the staff definitely needs a sales lesson. I checked out the 1 bedroom/sunroom and it was beautiful, but not at the price they wanted. I have a good job, make good money, but don't want to live in a place where the staff are that "superior" and pretentious. I also didn't like the fact that there are no patios or balconies on the 2nd and 3rd level. And when I viewed the property there were no plans to put railings around the patios on the 1st level. '!'!' But the main thing that turned me off was how snotty the leasing folks were. I went to Parkside, got a WAY better deal for only a slightly older property, bigger floor plan and MUCH more down to earth management. I haven't regretted my decision. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV

So you don't even live at Alta Creek? I toured and loved it the girl that helped me was so nice and really cared about what I needed. They do have patios with railings on all floors...did you even look at the property? Personally I feel that this review is worthless. |
