The apartment area is ok, ample parking where my building is, mostly clean though dumpsters are not covered. trouble when we moved in with the carpet, it was not clean at all and we cleaned it ourselves with a regular carpet cleaner and all the stains came right out which tells me they didn't clean the carpet before we moved in even though they said they did. we have also had a roach problem (we are not dirty people and are hardly home, hardly cook, and have never had roaches anywhere else we have lived but still bugs...)after having the exterminator come twice it seems to be under control. our a/c unit froze up due to not changing the filter, the filter was literally frozen to the unit in the wall. when we called to have them fix it they couldn't come till the morning so we didn't have a/c that night because it only blew hot air. office people are for the most part nice and try to work with you when you have problems, though all of the problems we have had could have easily been avoided. WAY to many kids are playing in the parking lot at all hours it seems like and the parents don't seem to care because i have driven through the lot when kids and parents are out and they don't tell their kids to move out of the way.
