Walking through the apartment at night gives you the sense of walking literally through a virtual zoo. Too many trees and plants, inviting mosquuito's and reptiles. If you see my apartment from outside it resembles a lot to the Home Depot plant nursery. Several incidents of people spotting Texas Brown Snakes in their units (Apt # 1101 and 1103 for instance.) Irresponsive and rude staff. Your complaint fall to deaf ears. I took my 2 year old to the leasing office to show them the mosquito bites she had on the face and they ruled out that it was completely normal. they even termed the sankes to be non-venomous "good snakes" that's what they called it. AC units are old, semi functional and you end up paying a humongous energy bill. The only reason people live here is due to good schools. This place is a disaster, if you don't care about school, don't ever think about moving in.

Landscaping is mature on this property and it is beautiful. Mosquitos and snakes are a fact of nature in Houston and unfortunately cannot be totally controlled no matter what measures are taken.
