1. Worst apartment I have lived in past 40 years.

2. An extremely rude management. They were fine before you sign the lease but after that you will start seeing their original face.

3. No Security of personal stuff, apartment's maintenance crew can come anytime - most of the time they visit the apartment while you are

not there. I heard from other folks who lost there important stuff.

4. Appearance: Hornet combs were in the front area for God knows how long - so many spider webs but nobody cleaned them up.

5. condition of Apartment: They white-painted the kitchen and bathroom (even the sink and countertops) - at the 1st look all looked so

new but in a couple of days when everything started sticking with the paint then we realized the main issue.

6. Rats and roaches are very common in different apartments - when you complain, the management doesn't care at all. When I complained

they plainly denied, when I asked them to simply walk with me into the apartment and see it by themselves they said they will send the

exterminator - bottom-line, no one ever showed-up. I bought my own insecticide spray. Other folks in other apartment said the same story.

7. Parking: It takes multiple attempts to get the parking spot. Sometime you have to park at a very distance.

8. Bills: Amazingly, you have to pay the garbage disposal fee, water fee (even if you use one-drop of water but someone else in the

nearby apartment pours Niagara fall, the management distributes the water usage in equal and you end-up paying for other people's usage.

Also, they are very infamous among the apartment dwellers for extra charging because of one reason or the other. Be careful what you are

paying and when you are paying. Make sure to keep the receipt or the canceled check.

9. Management: They try all their best to keep you moving from one apartment to another hence renewing your lease all the time. I heard

this from not one but many families, some of them told me that they end-up paying extra for moving their dish antenna and other stuff.

10. I wish there was an option of giving ZERO star in this review.
