When I moved into these apartments, it was a great community. Yvonne, the leasing agent, was the most caring, honest individual I have ever met. Sallie, the Manager was a stern manager, but dependable and tried to make sure everyone obeyed the policies and procedures.

Since May of this year, we have had at least two new managers, neither one has introduced themselves to the residents. We have had a tremendous turn around of leasing agents. They also have not introduced themselves to the residents. At the very least, they should have sent a letter out informing the residents of the personnel changes.

We have had three apartments broken into in the last three months, and the police are called on a regular basis. There is never parking available, and the residents have to fight for a place to park.

The noise level is out of control. Cars drive through the parking lot at all hours with their stereos so loud that the walls vibrate.

There were many days during the summer where the the pool was closed for days at a time or there were so many children and teenagers that the residents would just turn around and go back to their apartments.

I am very disappointed in how this complex has deteriorated. It used to be a beautiful place to live.
